Lock Timeline Frame

Hello,

I'm currently engaged in some rotoscoping and getting increasingly annoyed with myself accidently moving the frame forward with my shotcut keys without realising, so I thought I'd ask it anyone knew a way of locking in that particultar frame so I can work on it without having to worry about me accidently moving backwards or forwards through the timeline? I've tried toggling hold keyframe, but it doesn't work how I want it to.

I can't think of a way to lock the playhead. What if every time you advance a frame you hit " alt/opt + [ " and " alt/opt + ] " that way if you advance a frame the video will disappear on you and you will get a visual warning of it
