The owner of the warehouse where I'll be filming asks for a signed release form. Basically, he wants to be sured that he's not responsible for any injury happened in his place. Since my project is basically a drama film, so I'll have my crew members to sign it. So where I can find a release form like that? Can anyone help?

Really he should provide one to you to make sure he is covered. If i were him I would want to make sure i either completely reviewed your waiver or simply provided my own that i felt confident excluded me from damage. That being sai you will need a location agreement anyway that allows you to use footage of this persons property. In that location agreement you could slide in words to this affect

Producer hereby agrees to hold the undersigned harmless of and from any and all liability and loss, which the undersigned may suffer, or incur by reason of any accidents or other damages to the said property caused by any of their employees or equipment, on or about the above mentioned properties, ordinary wear and tear of the property is in accordance with this agreement excepted, from this warranty.

That should appease him. now the problem will b that the crew you use shoudl sign something stateing they work for you and will hold harmless the owner of the property. You could take the above paragraph, change producer to __________________ and have the crew member fill in his name and then add soem wording in regarding the reason for being there and pull out the referenc eto their employees and that may serve as a waiver for the crew member. I am not a lawyer so any thing you do, you are on your own and I do not state that any of this will hold up legally.
