Location agreements?

Oh God the ones that I have found on line are enough to scare the hell out of most property owners. Does anyone have a short to the point agreement without all the mumbojumbo?

You should shoot in Sweden. Things are never harder than you make them.

Over here, any public space is available for shooting.

We're filming in a small town that's not used to this sort of thing, so any non-public place, we just talk to whoever is in charge, 9 times out of 10 they just say "go ahead". Even when we wanted to shut off the town bridge for a few hours one night and crash two cars on the bridge.
We rented a house for the shoot where someone lived, and that's the only actual time we had a contract, and that was a regular basic lease contract that cost 10 bucks in any book store.
There's only one place where we haven't been able to shoot, and that was inside a particular church.

No mumbojumbo here.

I have the go ahead from a foundation to film on their property. The company that I am working for may ask for a release and I want one ready if they push the issue. The director of the foundation doesn't want to sign any paper work so I am thinking of sending him a letter saying.... these are the dates that I would like to film on your foundations property. Hopefully, they will reply by correspondence.... those dates will be fine to film on our property. Bingo a location agreement?

The "mumbojumbo" is . . . rather important.

Need a little help.... my bags are packed.
