loading 24pa footage uncompressed

I'm done my cut and now I want to load just the footage I need back into my drive uncompressed so that it is the best quality when I make a d-beta master out of it. I'm using fcp studio and I'm just not sure how I would deal with the needed pulldown when I do that. Loading uncompressed of course there is the preset for advanced pulldown in fcp.

Also the picture is 22 mins long. How much drive space would I need for uncompressed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
