Live switching

I want to setup FCP with two or three cameras and switch WHILE recording. I basically am doing a training video and don't want to have to edit in post at all since that will double my time. Switching live would be great.

Anyone know how to do this? Or is there a cheap switcher anyone knows about?

Why not just make your edits and print to vid, I mean, if you're not doing any other corrections or edits, would that be much slower?

That's the whole point- I waste two hours importing video, then manually editing the tracks I want, then exporting. I want to be able to switch live to avoid having to edit at all later....

I am eagerly awaiting the day FCP has that ability. I started with FCP 1.2 and with each new release hoped this feature would be added. To the best of my knowledge, it can't happen. Most of my projects are multi-camera shoots, so I long for this feature.
