Live Green Screen

[ggoerl]

haven't posted here in a while, but I wasn't sure where to exactly post this either. I was wondering how to change your green screen backgrounds live with people acting in front of them, like what software could actually do this?

I'm on a Mac and there are a ton of apps for this, including BoinxTV and Wirecast.

Most any switch can do this with Chroma key. Like a Newtek Tricaster. I'm sure there is tons of stuff on PC for it too.

By far the easiest way to do this is with a vision switcher, if you can get access to one.

Or there are things like this: http://provideocoalition.com/index....rovides_professional_real_time_chroma_keying/

you even get a small video mixer with firewire and/or USB IO that does realtime chroma keys to feed to your CPU or whatever your setup is for intended output.
