Live chromakey solutions?

I was thinking of doing a live web cast project and thought it would be good to have some 3d rendered sets in the scene. Is there a software solution for this?

I know ultra2 can record live, but it has no ability to output a live stream.

Ultimatte has a DV keyer.

I think the best thing for live work would be a hardware solution.
Either Ultimatte as suggested before or Datavideo, who also got a hardware chroma keyer which seems to work well:
