Little problem rendering Raylight avi's

So I am trying to render to .avi using the Raylight codec. The video looks great, but whenever I have titles or stills, I get these weird random artifacts. An avi would be too large to post, so I am posting a still to try and show what I am talking about....

The strange thing is that it's all completely random, but it happens on everything and I'm just trying to figure out how I can get that to go away. I don't get it on any other codecs nor do I get it on video, like I said just still images usually created in Photoshop. It moves around constantly.

Any ideas?

And I guess my next question would be , if I can't get this to not have artifacts, what is a good method to encode to for 720p that will be the highest quality possible, yet play very easily on a computer? It will always play straight from a computer, size is not an issue, just playing easily and smoothly and looking great are the most important things.

I would send the original, uncompressed still to DVFilm support as you may have a settings problem.

Also I would suggest use antil-aliased lettering in photoshop if you are not already.
