List of my Coollights.biz basic kit. Advice needed

I'm about to plunk down the cash on a basic 3 point Fluorescent light kit +1 background light. I'm going buy Fluorescent Key and the Fill light from Richard at Coollights.biz and use Tungsten Lowel Pro Lights as the hair light and the Background light. I use a Canon 7D and I am trying to keep the kit light weight and mobile.

My list is below. Do you guys think this is complete for a basic kit? It's expensive for me (2k total and my budget is maxed out), so I'm hoping to get it right.

I have 2 main questions.

1) I was going to get some very Lightweight Impact Light Stands (4 lb. max load, 6 feet tall) for the Reflector and also for the cookie. Am I correct in assuming that a 4 lb max load should hold a reflector and a cookie? And is the 6 foot height acceptable?

2) The Impact Heavy weight light stands minimum height is 41 inches. Is that a bit too tall for a minimum height? I plan to use these stands for the Fluorescent Key and Fill.

The lowel pro lights are alright but they are going to be orange after you set your white balance to the flo's. I'm assuming you know that already and that orange
hairlight is what you want right? (it's worth mentioning). The dimmer's on them will also change the color temp making them even more orange as they go down.
If you are planning to gel them to daylight you will lose even more light.
If you want a daylight balanced hairlight to match Richard's (coollight.biz) flo's I recommend the LED256 from the same sight but it is a little more expensive.

Glad you got sand bags for the impact stands. They are good for your reflectors but not if their is wind around.
Avoid the smith-victor boom arm for $55 its only strong enough to hold a mic.

edit:
I just realized ... are you getting the 3200k flo's? If so you are alright then with the lowel pro's but ... why shoot tungsten?

Nice thing about the flos is you can have two sets of bulbs, one for tungsten and one for daylight.

I would save a few bucks and skip the dimming flos. On the 455 there are two switches so you can halve the light. A few feet forward or backward also makes a pretty big difference in intensity.

very true !

but moving lights can slow you down on set. I have the same light and the dimmer has proven a huge time saver

Thanks guys, and yes, I am going 5600K on the Flos. I asked Richard @ coollights about using a Tungsten as a hair light and he said it should be fine, and that people do it all the time. But yeah, it would probably be better to use an LED. But dang... I'm WAY over budget on this one.

It's basically this Kit right here, but with Cool Light Flos for the Key + 1 extra Flo for the Fill

Thanks for the help
