I want to make a page listing the sites I frequently visit for info and know that sites linking to sites generate more traffic through Google. Will DVX user link to member sites if we want to put a dvx logo and link to DVXuser .com?

Not sure what you are asking but if you simply want to have a link on your site that leads here, to DVXuser, I think you are fine. You can ask a moderator, but as long as you dont make porn or produce really offensive material, you can help support and promote this site.
