link to $75 light kit?

[anchoryanker]

A few weeks ago somebody had a link to how to make a light kit for under 75 bucks, using work lights and blue-tinted bulbs, but I accidentally cleared my bookmarks and lost the link. I've tried searching, but can't find it. Does anyone have the link?

Thanks!
