Li'l treat for Matt, Oleg, wabbit and others

Very nice Silicon. My earliest memories of being facinated by film sound were watching Ben Burtt in the Making of Star Wars special and, of course, from the classic: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uk-bBZ8uIPE

Even people that are bored stiff of the sound side of film love to watch foley artists in action.

Cheers

I watched the whole thing... that was cool. Ironically I dress that same way when I'm doing sound ;-)

Wabbit... I remember that same Star Wars thing... the laser sounds were from tapping guy-wires. I thank God everyday for my hearing.

Heheh.. :D

I saw the Star Wars one too - forgot about it 'till you guys mentioned it.

I love the part on that old one where the guy talks like a little boy - very funny.

Thanks for the clip. I actually built one of those crank-driven wind machines last year for Andy Macolm and his gang, who have been performing live foley for festival screenings of Guy Madden's latest film "Brand Upon the Brain".
