Lighting Setup for this Music Video

My guess is, the most important thing is to have heavy backlight and put a soft source pretty far away to fill from the front (you can see that the light in here eyes isn't very bright at all)

Specifically it looks like they used kino tubes (or something brighter??) for the backlight and then shot at a very low f-stop to blow them out. The flare on the bottom was most likely achieved with a filter or in post.
