maerickprods, im not sure I understand the advantages of using my neighbors apt on the 1st floor?
I assume you mean use their bathroom as opposed to mine? I live in a post WWII apartment building, all the rooms where one big open room. The rooms have been built up and torn down since the 1940's, so no two rooms are alike in my building.
