Lighting in the UK

Doing a shoot in the UK soon and was wondering about lighting issues. I will be using a very basic lighting set up: A lowel Tota w/Chimera and a Video Pro for fill. Other than changing the blubs to 220, what else am I going to need in terms of converters/adapters. And Someone mentioned to me using the clear scan set to 50 or 100 to reduce the flicker.

I'm in the UK,
the main voltage is 50hz, 240volts.
we use 3-pin 13amp plugs and sockets (all earthed)
