Renting couples of Mini Flo (kino) 12'' and small Led Panel (w/battery), just tape them onto the interior will do the best. Power from the cigarette lighter and also they are dim-able. I doubt it will be anything too expensive for the rental.
If you are running super low budget, your own pocket...go to a local lighting hardware store buy some AA 9 inches Fluorescent or regular power one, get a cigarette lighter to Edison adapter. Do some test shoot, put some gel on the light, try to CC it. Sometime it might works with the scene without CC. After you done the shoot return all the fluorescent light fixtures.
