Lighting hands

Hello,

How do you guys the following lighting was done?

I think it is a backlit key from the left, backlight fill from the right and negative fill behind the camera?

Looks like a single large source of backlight and I would suggest there is passive fill, like a bounce, picking up the front side of the hands (but could be naturally occurring, off the floor).

At first I thought this topics was about what happens to a lighting grip's hands when they don't wear gloves.
