If you light on stage then you need at least three lights...
Key, Fill and Backlight.
If want to get fancy than add one more light for background.
If the interview takes place at the natural location, position your subject sideways close to the window and utilize windowlight as a key light... it is better when this window faces north because this key light will be a Soft Light.
You will bring a large white card from the oposite side and bounce the window light back to the face... this will be your Fill Light. In this situation if you have at least one light than bouce it from camera side (straight over the camera)... this will give you an Eye Light.
