Lighting Books/DVDs Suggestions

Hey, I'm looking for a comprehensive and useful book or DVD on lighting setups/concepts/uses for mood/atmosphere, basically something boot camp-like. I don't know if this type of thread already exists, but I'd appreciate any suggestions any experienced users have on this issue.

I have an HVX200, so ideally a book/DVD for HDV, but one that covers that and film lighting would be good.

Good question. I don't know one specifically for film lighting. One of these days I hope I can get time to do something like that though. That would be a useful product.
 
Cinematography by Blain Brown is quite good. Set Lighting Technician's Handbook by Harry C. Box is also good though more technical.
 
I'm also looking for the exact thing. I'v been looking for a good DVD tutorial on film light...but HDV because I own a HDV camecorder. Any suggestion is appreciated.

I'd prefer DVD because reading puts me to sleep pretty quick.
