I am a still photographer and I am planning on shooting some behind the scenes video for the very first time. What would you recommend to light one person on seamless? I was thinking 1 4-foot Kino-Flo on either side.
It won't be anything "cinematic".. just something for self-promotion on YouTube or the magazine's website.... if I can get someone to run the piece.

Any thoughts?

On a white seamless that will look great as you really won't "need" a backlight on your subject. play with the distance the light is between the back wall, sometime the spill from the kino will look nice, other times not, depending on your depth.
