Lighting an Interview.

Hey guys i have a last minute interview to shoot tomorrow and just got a Lowell DV light kit- pro light, omni light, tota light.

Any advice on set up I am a complete lighting novice.
I will be shooting in 24p normal and will be in a mainly white studio with natural light coming in through windows.

any help would be appreciated as far as lighting set up and also camera settings....thanks
