Lighting Adjustment for Live Concert

Hi,

While shooting a Concert will you Adjust the lighting according your shooting needs or Video Recording must follow the setting lighting had done?
 
Depends on what you are allowed to do. If you can work with the lighting guys in advance and develop a lighting that makes both of you happy that would be the best solution.
If you have no say, then the lighting will often be too contrasty and sometimes too dark or too red or stuff like that.
