lighting actress with dedolight & smoke machine

hi - am in the middle of a little film aimed mainly at kids, its part of a series of 10 films I'm making about good old Robin Hood that'll be part of a new gallery at Nottingham Castle

Anyway the only budget I have is for the actress - other than that it is me, my panasonic hmc151 , a single dimmable Dedolight & a smoke machine we have lying around.
I make run n gun documentary stuff usually, not really dealt with stylised lighting too much, other than for interviews, green screen etc.

I have already filmed half of it but have another afternoon with the actress coming up & was wondering if anyone had any other ways of using what I have to create a more intertesting looking image....using the dedo & smoke machine perhaps in a creative way...bare in mind the only space i can really control & black out is my 10 x 12 foot office

She's talking, to camera (the viewer) about her old mate 'Robin' & how his image/persona has changed over the 100s of years......

Here are a few of the shots i got from the 1st session, have included original & a quite heavily (probably a bit too much) stylised version I'm currently playing with - i think somewhere in between is where I need to be, used the smoke machine to soften the footage a bit, take the edge off, hopefully create some kind of atmosphere - didnt want it to be too obvious i filmed it in a tiny room. Was hard to control the amount of smoke in such a small environment so sort of let it do its thing, some footage was smokey, some less so...
If anyone has any colour correction tips for these please feel free to express them.
Many thanks if anyone can give some suggestions
