Light trace/echo time effect

[t-unit]

Is it possible to get a echo effect of the image in vegas? i remember in premiere it was called echo or something.. this effect is to get light trace on a timelapse of moving cars.

You could add a motion blur envelope in the bus video track. This makes that sort of trail I think you're talking about. If you wanted to do it in camera then you could simply use a very low shutter speed.

or you could get Pixelan CreativEase here

What jgastelb suggested is the best and simplest way. Why buy creative ease if your just looking for this one type of effect which can very easily be created within vegas itself.
