Hey Austin

I found the clips from when we tested the green screen in my friends basement.

Green Screen on fabric. 4 500watt Home Depot Lights boucing off poster boards. Image stright from camera:

Just dropped the Green Screen Keying effect in Premiere Pro:

Adjusted the levels on the green screen effect to what I think looks the best:

Dropped a random Image behind the subject:

Adjusted the subject using color correction curves. I adjusted the red curve twards more red to hide the green around the edges a little better. I also adjusted the white curve to make the image a little darker:

Threw a Magic Bullet filter ( Basic Warm Max) on both the subject and the background to make them blend a little better. I also adjusted some of the settings within the MB filter on the subject.

You really have to think about how to light your subject based on what the background and even the forground lighting looks like. My subject doesn't fit very well into this scene because the lighting is all wrong. With the limited amount of resolution in the mini dv format it's best to film your suject as big as possible. The guy in the picture is my friend who helped out on the music video up above. I'm sure the HDV/HD cameras really shine in the green screen department.

Anyways, I hope this helps..
