so a few of my lights are a bit wonky as of late. the lights flicker when plugged in, then die. fiddling with the wires gets it back to flickering, then back to dead. another one just flat went out (but fiddling wires / switching the bulb did not fix it). i'm pretty sure these are wiring / switch issues, which i'm ALSO pretty sure are simple fixes. so i've read anyway...
i haven't been able to find much in terms of how to repair lights. i am wondering if there is an online tutorial somewhere or if someone would care to offer up a basic troubleshooting guide.
i know i need a multimeter, but say i find which part of the wire is busted... i'm not sure i would even know what to do from that point.
i'm all about DIY, and i think this is a really important skill to learn. anyone care to explain?
