Light NLE Editing and Grading on tablet with proxies

Can anyone recommend a light NLE to work with this unit?

HP Pro x2 612 G2 12" Tablet
M3-7Y30 processor
4GB RAM
128GB SSD
Win10 Pro

I need to handle 4K footage. The idea is editing and grading but with proxies to end as 4K final master.

What editor do you normally use? I'd start there and see how it handles the proxy files. I'd also be prepared to drop the proxy files down to 720. And it really needs more RAM, but I'm guessing the RAM is soldered to the board so you can't upgrade.

Getting down to DV proxies (yes I said DV) would probably be fine with that tablet.
