Light meter ASA settings

Hey guys I am getting the sekonic L-398 light meter and SGpro coming up and I was wondering what ASA to set the meter to. I've read on the boards that the dvx naked is 320. What should i set it at with the SPpro and lense attached? If I want to shoot with my DVX stopped down do I have to adjust the ASA accordingly? I'm new to this light meter jazz. Thanks
 
At your best, your going to get around a 250 ASA equivalent with your adapter mounted. I would average it to come out around 100-160 ASA, to be safe. After that, the meter is just adjusted by the range available to you on your lenses, in terms of available aperture.
