Light gel tutorial, course, information, ...

Hi

I know that this question has been asked many times (but not answered as long as I know).

Is there on the net any web that shows the different usages of a broad selection of gels? Does anyone know about any online video tutorial or just a page showing the different gels and ome examples? What do you mainly use for your set ups?

It seemed to me that Jarred had a DVD for sale on gels and thier uses, though I just looked in the store and didn't see anything. Maybe you could PM and ask?

Normally I only use some frost or 216 if I need to knock something down. Some 1/2 CTO does the trick for rim and back lights sometimes and if I am toting a low power interview kit and I have to fight (play with) daylight, I don't go with more then 1/2 CTB.

I keep large sheets of .9 ND + Full CTO in my truck for when there is a nice window I want to incorporate and I have a spare few minutes.

Not the best but all I had on me.

Full CTB over a 1k for some rim light

1k through some Full CTO

1k through full CTB

1k through full CTB + 50w through 1/2 CTB on his face
