Lighitng scenario

So I'm getting close to finishing my script and there is a scene I am trying to preplan before we shoot. I've got the jist of it in my mind, however I don't know how to do the following........

Scene--inside a train in and empy cargo car. It's at night and I'm wanting to get the passing light effect through the boards. What do I use to achieve this effect?

PA's running back and forth holding lights.

The tougher part is making it look like the train is moving by the car shaking a bit. Its so huge and heavy no conventional way to make it shake a bit.

Ya I haven't gotten that far yet......I'm thinking I could just shake the cam and supe it up with some sound FX, but thats just my first thought, I'm gonna try to dig up some "shaky" footage from some others and see what techniques has been used.

I've got plenty of shaky footage, unfortunately none of it in trains <g>.
