sucks!!! They took the web away from us last week at work and i have been mopin' around like a lost toy. The corporate hammer has come down on my head and is holding me down. They say we have to use a Philips PGN if we want to see the web so they can monitor where you go and check this out, if you stay on a web site too long they call your supervisor and tell them where, when and how long you were on the offending site. I cant even have the PGN software on my machine because it crashes it all day. Life sucks.

Oh my god...

I am so sorry. I once worked in an environment such as that, and then made friends with the IT guy and now he's my business partner!

The fact that you even have to work for someone like that is ****ing irritating.

I can understand not being able to download or do any type of admin changes, but surfing? Thatl's all the suits do anyway.

The funny thing is that i can access everything else, they only blocked port 80. I can use IM, FTP, DC++... Its like they are teasing me!!! You can look, but dont touch, touch but dont taste, taste but dont swallow...

I really came close to answering something similar this morning. But for some strange and sick reason, I did not. I wonder why? It sure didn't stop me in the past.  ;D
