Licensing music contacts/steps

I need to license just about any recording of a Vivaldi song. Do any of you know how to get in touch with a labels department for licensing? BMG, sony, virgin, etc... I have no clue. the websites lead me in circles. I know Vivaldi is public domain, but the recordings to it are not. help please
