Libec TH-2000 for Kessler Crane

Anyone used the Libec TH-2000?
How do you think it would fare under a kessler crane with a dvx on the end?
Looks sturdy and inexpensive.

i'd go with a 3190/3193 Bogen for legs. it supports 11 more pounds tham that one plus Kessler recommends it, they even sell it through the kessler website.

i ended up buying the 3193 tripod legs with a 516 fluid head to support the 8ft kessler crane: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=Search&A=details&Q=&sku=5460&is=REG&addedTroughType=search

i have an HVX on it and the tripod works cool.

i use the bogen 3193 legs and 526 head with my 8' kessler all the time - works great!

i loaned my crane to a buddy who slapped it on that standard 503 head and off the shelf legs (which feels pretty beefy for general work) and one of the leg tensioners collapsed. if it werent for someone standing nearby teh camera would have eaten it.

wgzn, are you able to use your 8 ft kessler without a monitor and still frame your shots?
