Libec LS-22- Is it a good tripod?

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with either the Libec LS-22, or LS-35. Are they a good match for the DVX100A? What price did you buy yours for? I believe Pro Video and tape (which is who I would buy it from) has the LS-22 for $400, and the LS-35 for $545. Are these good prices?

i used to use the 35 i think it was, the head is pretty smooth, but the spreaders are pretty fragile, i have heard about people making spreaders out of webbing, have not tried it, but it seems like a good idea, price sounds about right

you might want to look at sachtler tripods, we use dv2's and they feel a little more solid, about the same price
