Libec HFMP with head

Hi guys.

Does anybody have an experience with this monopod? I received mine yesterday and for now i really like it.
There are only two things:
1. Lower leg is not as smooth as higher one during unfolding (mr cheesycam mentioned the same as i remember in his review)
2. The head is nice, i like this loading tupe from the top, just i am not 100% sure about material which is used to build this head. Outside as well as "saddle" is plastic . Hard, good quality but still not metal. Do you think is it going to be a problem in the future?
 
I have some Libec products that have proven to be very tough. Initally, the plastic was a turnoff but my concerns were misplaced.
 
Do you have this monopod as well? How is your lower leg. Is it as smooth as to go one during unfolding?

I do not have the monopod but I am thinking about buying one. I have one of their tripods and the legs are smooth with good clamping.
