Libec H30 Fluid Head -- What quick release plate?

I just picked up a used Libec H30 Fluid head cheap, but it was missing the quick release plate. I haven't been able to find any useful info on the web about this model -- does anyone know what quick release plates are compatible, and where I can buy one?

Bump! I tried contacting Libec on this, but so far they haven't responded...

Sadly, no. I found someone selling one on eBay, and I emailed him asking for some info. He said the manufacturers instructions referenced a "H30 101 Quick Shoe Plate." That didn't really help, as I can't seem to find any info on that either.
