LG 27 Inch UltraFine 5K IPS Monitor VERSUS Apple Studio Display

I recently upgraded from an iMac with a 5K display to a Mac Studio. I had to decide what monitor to get with it and I documented my findings. Which monitor did you guys end up using? It's a darn shame 5K iMacs could't be used as a Mac Studio monitor, but I think that I made the right choice for me...

I went with a Benq 32" 4k monitor over a year ago and have been happy with it. One of the things that monitor doesn't have is HDMI. If you wanted to watch tv on it or plug it into a older computer. My M2 Mac mini would randomly freeze using usb c for video connection. Switched to a HDMI cable and never had an issue again.

My monitor also has usb A ports one of which I use for my printer and many other peripheral. But I had similar thought process initially wanting an Apple monitor but they were more expensive and there wasn't 32" Also had to reduce the resolution in order to read text and UI.

I tried using a 4k monitor, but it didn’t look good to me. I just couldn’t justify buying the expensive apple monitor. So far, the thunderbolt connection has worked flawlessly with the LG.
