Letus Z-Riser availability?

As the most used and the only of it's kind Zacuto system component in this 35mm adaptor world is the Z-Riser wouldn't it be wise to release it separately by Letus too? By this I mean the new Letus Z-riser that is included in the new V2 rod support system.

Therefore on can order cheap Cavision base plate(s), add a Letus z-riser and voila.

Cheers,

that's a great price!!!
hope it's build solid and I wounder if I can use the zucuto/chrosziel extention rods....

If this hasn't been mentioned already, Letus is selling the riser separately for $150.

Yeah, if you add Rod Extensions, you are allready at 200€..

If you add another 130, you are on the real-deal Zucato Z-riser..

Life ain't cheap..

Well, it differs for different people. I already have the rod extension from my Letus Rod (v1) and I'm sure other people have extra rods that they can use. It's just your standard 15mm rod after all. Lenny brought up a good point though about how those extension would attach.

$150 is actually fairly reasonable when you consider the Z-riser retails for more than twice that. I would buy it now if I wasn't broke but I'll probably give it a shot in the future. With my setup though I'll have to mount the Letus "snorkel up" which hopefully this riser can handle.

A bit pricey (considering how simple it is...), but I think I'll bit the bullet... It's gonna be a great addition to my Cinevate rails. It's either that or I'm selling my Letus Extreme for an SGPro (without flip). I hate the Z offset that the Extreme creates.
