Letus isn't calling back.

I received the HVX Optimization Kit from Letus for my Letus Extreme and within days of putting in on my shots where out of focus. Upon taking it apart, I saw that the acromat that I received in the optimization kit was loose in its holder ring. I've been calling them and leaving messages since Monday morning and they haven't called back. I have a shoot next week that I need it for. Does anyone know how to successfully contact them or anything else I can do?
