letus extreme without rods on hvx?

I'm about to buy the letus extreme but I can't afford the rods, what do you recommend me to do??? Where can I find info for a DIY rod system?
In the begining I'll only be using a 50 mm lens, will that be to heavy for the camera if I dont use rods?

This is not a good Idea.

Rods are only 129.00 Bucks from IndiFocus. If anyone else knows any cheap rails chime in.


I would not risk a 6,000 dollar rig because you can't afford a 129.00 dollars.

:smiley_up:smiley_up +1. Wait it out until you can afford rails. Or go to home depot and get creative. I'll bet you can find some sort of support there... may not look pretty, but as long as it works for the time being...
