Letus Extreme is not Vibrating

Hey guys,
I decided to sell my Letus Extreme. I actually bought it used and never tested it or anything before deciding to go the DSLR route. So I have no idea if it was working before I shipped it to the new owner, but nevertheless when he opened the box and tested the Letus it was not vibrating. He put new batteries in it, but that is all he has done. He is going to call Letus tomorrow to see if they have any suggestions, but I thought I might check with you guys and see if anyone else had ran into this problem or if there was something simple that might be causing it to not vibrate...
thanks

The issue with the Extreme is generally the internal wiring, not the motor. Mine failed several times due to shotty wiring. If you open it up and play with the wiring it may spring to life again. The problem is two fold with this adapter, sub-par wiring and hot glue holding it all in place. Eventually the vibrating causes the contact to come loose. Poor design.

This is what discouraged me from the promising Letus Extreme, so I am now almost 100% set on purchasing an SGblade. Just the entire product looks extremely well crafted in my opinion.

On mine once the motor would sometimes not start and if you touched it, it would run. The second time the motor became too loud, it may have just been a bad one to begin with. The first one lasted about 9 months.

The blade is constructed very well....
