Letus Extreme - Half a Stop of Loss but...

unless your using a brevis. Which apperently loses half a stop of light with the adapter and a lens attached.

unless the brevis gains light, this is inaccurate. Camera is at F2.6 when zoomed in enough for academy frame, that is already appx 1 stop from the stock camera's original aperture.

If you want to see accurate tests that compare light loss go to:

http://www.leonardlevy.net/Adapter_stills_master_Final.htm

Although adapters have been improved since then, and some people ahve gotten different numbers comparing the SG and the Letus the general light loss figures should still be about right.

It's very difficult to be completely accurate when looking at f stop numbers in these cameras by the way.

well i turned off OIS on the camera and that seems to have gotten rid of that wobble garbage

but one thing that sucks is that sometimes i zoom in so the rectangle border is not visible in the viewfinder but then when i capture, there's a sliver of it on one edge of the frame somewhere, oh well, just gotta zoom in a little extra i guess
