Letus Economy Rails..would these do the trick?

Letus rails look nice but I just got a adapter and can't afford those. Would these do?
Cavision RS-15IIM Rod Support System for Mini DV

Would I need a rod support bracket?

Those would be fine for a basic setup. That's what I used for some time on my XH-A1 / Extreme. They are pretty good. A little bit of slop in the camera riser but nothing that bad.
