Letterboxing

Letterboxing in vegas 6.0. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add it to my files. Is there a feature that will let me add and customize this, is there a plug-ing or will i need to use an existing feature that is not related to letterboxing and play around with it until i have what i'm after?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated
