i read the manual and seen noting maybe one of you can help me out, i don't want to brake my new cam but i was just wondering how easy it is to take the lans off and how to do it

Why do you want to take it off ?

Hopefully you know it not designed to come off and it most certainly will break your new camera if you try !!!

haha, thank goodness for your post and replies! you may have had a new cam with a disconnected lens... that wouldve been a hard one to explain to the panasonic warranty department.
hehehe
t

haha i know man i seen a lens online and it was for the dvx, i thought that there was no way to take the lens off but i thought i was wrong, before i bought the thing i wanted to make sure b/c i didn't see anything in the book. haha guess i got lucky thanks to shooter

It was probably either a Wide Angle or Telephoto Converter. They slip on to the outside of your camera.

I certainly hope you aren't taking apart any DVX100s, I mean I'm lucky to have a nice DV camera, the DVX is my dream.
