im new here and a new user can someone please help me?

Im trying to use a wide angle lens. Is there a wide angle mode setting to avoid vingetting as well a mode for telephoto to avoid tunnel effect.

I may be wrong about all this. but can someone please tell me?

Im having this exact same problem. I'm using a DVX100a and my damn digital 2.2x telephoto lens has a severe tunnel effect. The instructions say i need to set some kind of mode.

all telaphoto lenses are designed to be used with the camera 100% zoomed in. As for wide angles I assume your talking about a .3x fish eye? you should be able to zoom in just enough to get rid of the vignetting. Either that or you just have a crap lens.
