Lense Problem?

What exactly causes these ghostly blue lines? somtimes they are other colors too and I remember this is usually an issue with poor digital cameras. I have a nikon D70s and that camera Never does this... Any ieda's what causes that shadow type line on sharp edges?

chroma abbrasion. imperfect lens. you cant help it ti will happen nomatter what. no lens is perfect especially mass produced ones.
