could someone help me find a lens support that is tall enough to reach a 52mm adapter? or better yet... could anyone confirm that the cavision lens support is tall enough to reach most adapters?

according to some people the cavision lens support is too short to reach most adapters and i'm worried it won't reach mine.
my DIY 35mm adapter is based exactly on this design http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=50393&highlight=Thorlabs
and will be used with my dvx. also, i have the cavision 15mm rail system.
any help would be greatly appriciated
