Lens Gears, Red Rock vs New Cinevate vs Zips

Hey All been shooting alot with Red Rock Gears, i brought 3 and really like them, i saw the cheap cinevate ones so a brought 6 to standardize over all my lenses and I don't like them as much, they are had to fit and riggle around, a can get my redrocks to fit nice and sweet, am i doing something wrong the cinevate ones? Should i have brought zips? is anyone else using Cinevate Gears, they fit ok the the rubber grips but the plasticy ones slip heaps

Sigma 28 F1.8
Nikon 50 F1.2
Nikon 55mm F2.8 Macro
Nikon 85 F1.4
Sigma 105 F2.8 Macro
Sigma 300 F2.8
As well as zooms
