Lens doubt....

I must film a harbour, i will be using a wideangle but i also want to use the polarizer. My polarizer filter is b+w 72 that screws on the main lens thread of the DVX (where the UV filter goes) is it correct to stack the wideangle on the polarizer or should it be the other way around. What will the difference be?
If i should put the polarizer on top of the wideangle, that mean buying a new polarizer beacuse the size of the wide angle is obviously much larger and my 72 and id rather not spend anymore!
Thanks!

if you put the wide angle in front of the polarizer you will get alot more vignetting thatn if it was in front.

But how ya gonna rotate the polarizer when you got that wide-angle there in front of it?

OK! so that brings up another problem!

Mr Joshua! Your help i needed!!!

the wide angle will rotate with the polarizer. Ive done it, it works, but like i said earlier, youll get more vignetteing

You have a wide angle that screws onto the lens? Uh-oh.
Its a century optics .6 with the DVX100 adapter. I think its the best option for the DVX or am i wrong?

Cheers

Well...I've never actually tried it, but I don't think a screw-on filter (polarizer or otherwise) will fit under the .6 Wide Angle. Pretty sure it won't.

And, if it did, you wouldn't be able to get to it to turn it once the Wide Angle was on.

Oh...and those threads on the WA angle aren't made for screwing on any filters.
